Roofing is a trust purchase. You can’t inspect our work from the footpath, so the next best evidence is thirteen years of neighbours on the record. These are pulled from our Google profile; names shortened, suburbs kept, because a review from your own street means more.
Two companies told us the whole roof needed replacing. Aegis got up there, took photos, and said a repaint and two new valleys would see it right for years. Saved us about twenty grand, and guess who’s doing the re-roof when it’s actually due.
Old concrete tiles off, new COLORSTEEL on, three days, and I couldn’t find a single screw in the lawn afterwards. The quote and the invoice matched to the dollar.
They fixed a leak two other outfits quoted a full re-roof for. $740. That was three winters ago and it’s still dry.
Our place is right on the estuary and they specced the marine-grade steel without us having to know to ask. Two other quotes never mentioned salt at all. That told us everything.
Insurer’s first offer covered about half the storm damage. Sam’s photo report and scope got it reassessed and the whole face was approved. We’d have eaten thousands without them.
Rang Tuesday about water in the kids' room, made safe by Wednesday morning, fixed Friday. Invoice matched the quote to the dollar.
Mike talked us OUT of a re-roof the first time because the steel had years left in it. Two years later a hailstorm made the decision for us, and he remembered the conversation. That’s why we used them.
Roof and spouting done in three days, and the crew put the trampoline back and re-pointed the Sky dish before they left. Small things, but you notice.

Quality of the roof is fine, no complaints there. But after the big October blow they told me SIX weeks out and wouldn’t budge even when I offered to pay extra. Went with them anyway. Roof’s good. Communication about the wait could’ve been better.
He’s right, and we’ve owned it. After a big storm, everyone’s roof got hit the same night and our crews don’t triple overnight, because permanent crews are the whole point. What changed after that review: a weekly “you’re number X in the queue” text during storm season, so the wait is at least never a mystery. We still won’t sell queue spots to the highest bidder; that part stands.

If we did right by you, five minutes on Google is the best thank-you there is. And if we didn’t, ring 03 741 0227 and ask for Mike before you write it, because whatever it is, he’ll want to fix it first.
